Brush Chicken with olive oil., then dust with salt, pepper, and crust liberally with Persian Spice. Bake at 350 until cooked through. Add a small amount of water to baking dish if spice begins to darken too much.

30mins – 1 hour in advance:
Mix 1 ½ Teaspoons of oil with 4 tablespoons of persian spice mix and allow it to marinate.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of oil (a light tasting oil)
1 ½ tsp oil (for spice mix)
½ onion
¼ sea salt
4 tablespoons persian spice mix

Heat three tablespoons of oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add half an onion, cut into thin half moon slices, and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. Saute until onions are soft, add 3-4 tablespoons of Persian Spice and Saute for another 2 minutes. Add 1 cup white rice, and 2 cup cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover. Allow to simmer for 15-20 min, or until rice is fully cooked.
Can substitute brown rice, millet, and quinoa. Adjust water amounts accordingly.

Moroccan Spiced Hummus
Homemade hummus and/or store bought hummus will work for this recipe. Just be sure that it's plain hummus without additional flavorings.

After preparing the hummus or purchasing it, it is now time to mix the Moroccan Spice mix into the hummus.

The amount you add will depend on your tolerance level for spice and heat.
I recommend adding 1 tsp at a time and giving it a try.
